- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Personalized or custom-made products (such as engraved checkers or custom T-shirts) are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
- Digital products (such as e-books) are non-refundable once downloaded.
2. Return Process

We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid by the customer are also non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.
5. International Orders
We ship worldwide and welcome customers from any country.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance delays and additional import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns from international orders follow the same process as described above. Please be aware that return shipping costs for international returns can be higher and are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
